It is your birthday. (For all you Office watchers out there)
I made John a coconut cake with lemon cream cheese frosting as his birthday cake. It was supposed to be three layers, but one of the layers was a little gooey, so we sampled it last night :) It was pretty good for my first try with this cake. I will post a picture of the finished product soon. In the meantime...
