Long Overdue

Well, I said we'd post when we have stuff on the walls, but guess what... we don't have much to put on the walls. So, here are some long overdue pictures of our home!!

Living Room: Things we're waiting on--end table, coffee table, wall hangings.

Kitchen: Pretty much complete
As you can see from this picture, the living room and kitchen are attached. And, John is cooking dinner :)


Here's the close-up of the cooking area. That is green beans with tomatoes on the stove--yummy! And, stuffed chicken in the oven--yummy yummy!!

Dining Room: Still need stuff for the walls. Love how it turned out, though!



Master Bed/Bath: Mostly done, again could use some more stuff on the walls, but in the bedroom, simplicity is key.



Didn't notice how shoddily the bed was made, sorry.

Guest bedroom: In serious need of color/decoration



Office: Too much stuff in this room :)

Love our diplomas on the wall :)

This is my softball awards corner. John had my HS jersey framed, and it looks awesome. The basketball jersey is next.

Laundry Room: recently updated

Flash went crazy on this one, but this is my new washer and semi-new dryer. I know they don't match, we got a free upgrade from HHGregg on the washer because the matching one wasn't in stock. However, we bought the dryer about 6 months before the washer. I don't really care, you're probably the only people who will ever see our laundry room. I am just excited because the washer came today! Yay!

And last but not least, the unused room in our home, the formal living room:


There is no furniture in this room! Just a bunch of cool stuff on the mantle.
